Wandelung is a collaboration between the composer Vroni Holzmann and the fine artist Karl Sylvester. Over a period of ten years the artists have created a work mutually inspired by their compositions, poetry and painting. The compositions are released in recorded format by Synchrony Sounds and as a score publication by Europa Edition.

Vroni Holzmann, originally from Germany, recently completed her Master of Music in Composition at Edinburgh University under the supervision of Professor Nigel Osborne. Many of her compositions have been performed to the public and her work was broadcast on Radio 3. Her compositions combine inventive minimalism with sustained emotional narratives.
